In collaboration with Clifford Chance, the Legal Services Board is delighted to invite you to discuss the findings of our latest research on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the legal services profession.

“The lived experiences of legal professionals: Barriers to getting in, being in and getting on” explores the challenges faced by lawyers from underrepresented groups trying to enter and progress through the sector.

Join us at this hybrid event on 21 June 2023 to discuss the challenges and explore how cross-sector collaboration can help create a more inclusive sector. The programme includes a presentation from Clifford Chance on their approach to EDI and a talk from Bridging the Bar on their work to create a sector that better reflects society.
